On-site work is carried out in Peru only. We do not provide on-site support in other countries; companies abroad work with us remotely and we attend the site in Peru.
The city, exact address and availability are confirmed for each request. Peru uses a single time zone (UTC−5, no daylight saving), which helps when planning visits with teams in Europe, Africa or Asia.
The language for on-site communication and calls is agreed when the job is confirmed.

Yes. We have carried out day-rate work for companies based abroad that needed local support at their clients’ sites in Peru. Commercial and billing details are agreed for each engagement.
What installations can you carry out in Peru?

What does “remote hands” mean?
A local technician goes to the site and performs physical tasks—checking connections, connecting a console cable, rebooting or replacing equipment—while your remote team gives the instructions.
How are TeamViewer and other remote access sessions coordinated?
Only with your authorisation. If you request it, our technician can bring a laptop with TeamViewer so your team can connect and run the agreed tasks. Access details are shared through the channel you choose, never through this website.
Can we book support by the day?
Yes. Support can be booked by the day or for a specific task, subject to prior coordination of date, scope and price.
How do collection, delivery and storage work?
We agree the pick-up or delivery addresses, dates and contacts with you. For storage, the period, space and custody conditions are confirmed before the equipment arrives at our warehouse.
What does data erasure with Blancco software involve?
We erase data on the agreed devices using Blancco software. Which devices are included and what record you receive afterwards are defined with you before the job.
Can you help us find Peruvian freelance or contractor professionals?
You can contact us about it. We review each request individually; we are not a recruitment agency and cannot guarantee candidates or availability.
